Congratulations to Aubrey Strelow from Bradford High School on being chosen by the Sports Night Selection Committee as the 2025 Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year! Achievements:
Aubrey is a 2-sport athlete with 6 Varsity Letters (2 in Volleyball and 4 in Softball). Her main sport has been softball where she has starred both offensively and defensively as a lefty pitcher. The highlight of here playing career thus far was the 2024 WIAA Division 1 State Championship, which was the first in team history.
She hit over .400 in each of the last 3 seasons and dominated her opponents from the pitcher’s circle. Aubrey has struck out over 400 batters and counting, has a miniscule career ERA and held the opponent batting average well below the Mendoza Line (sub .200) throughout her HS career. Her pitching dominance was underscored by a no-hitter during her senior season where she recorded every out by strikeout!

Future Plans:
Aubrey will attend Central Michigan University and major in Exercise Science with a minor in Kinesiology. Her goal is to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She also has a softball scholarship and looks forward to competing at the collegiate level.
